The $3.5 billion Abraj Kudai in Mecca has about 10,000 rooms, 70 restaurants, 4 helipads and a section reserved for the Saudi royal family.

It is scheduled to open in 2019-2020, according to Reuters.

2. First World Hotel

First World Hotel is a three-star hotel in Resorts World Genting, Pahang, Malaysia. It has held the Guinness World Records for the largest hotel (by number of rooms) in the world since 2006.

The Venetian resort complex (including the adjacent Sands Expo Convention Center, The Palazzo Hotel and Casino Resort and future MSG Sphere Las Vegas), featured 4,049 rooms, 3,068 suites ranging in price from $169 to $10,000 per night and a 120,000-square-foot (11,000 m2) casino, is the world's third-largest hotel and largest casino.

The complex was the world's largest hotel from 2008–2015.

Each tower has walkways including moving walkways for the connection to the MGM Grand.
